As with the first image, let’s take a look at the second image of “bathers” extracted from its busy text environment:

We will immediately see here is that this is directly related to the first image. It is, almost certainly, an expansion of the information from the first image, which shows the big picture, going into more detail.

I've circled some salient features shared by both images, especially the two “queen” figures in the bottom vesicles. These represent presiding authorities in each case, and there is only one in each vesicle.
